Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume periods (product releases, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your order.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SEIM COLLECTS is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at seimcollectsllc@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Pokémon Cards & Collectibles Shipping Disclaimer

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles:

  • Minor wear to outer packaging (such as small dents or shrink wrap imperfections) may occur during transit and is not considered damage
  • Sealed products are shipped securely, but we cannot guarantee mint condition packaging upon arrival
  • All cards are carefully packaged (sleeves, top loaders, etc.) to prevent damage during transit

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delays caused by customs processing

We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs.
